DMB Pacific Ventures® LLC is a privately held real estate investment and development company headquartered in Phoenix, with assets in the Western U.S.

Formerly the Pacific Division of DMB Associates, Inc., DMB Pacific Ventures was established as an independent company in 2012. The company’s California projects initially included DMB Pacific's portfolio: Martis Camp in Placer County, Tejon Mountain Village in Kern County, Redwood City Saltworks in Redwood City, and the Kukui‘ula resort on the island of Kauai, Hawaii.

Eneas Kane is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, growth and operation of DMB Pacific Ventures LLC. Mr. Kane is responsible for the successful identification, feasibility and due diligence review, venture formation and entitlement of all of DMB Pacific Venture LLC's projects, and performed a variety of these roles relative to the majority of DMB Associates, Inc.'s historic projects and communities, serving as General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer and, from 2008 - 2012, as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kane has been instrumental in facilitating a number of landmark accords with many of the nation's major environmental advocates, resulting in entitlement and development approvals for some of the most significant master planned communities in the Western United States, as well as ensuring the permanent preservation of hundreds of thousands of acres of open space. Mr. Kane's leadership proved invaluable on the unprecedented Tejon Ranch Conservation and Land Use Agreement for which he was recognized with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's Environmental and Economic Leadership Award, California's highest and most prestigious environmental honor. Mr. Kane holds an undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.

Mark Kehke

Mr. Kehke has more than 30 years of experience in community development and the management of multiple regional operations. Prior to joining DMB Associates, Inc. and subsequently DMB Pacific Ventures LLC, Mr. Kehke participated in the acquisition, planning, entitlement, development and sale of more than 55,000 residential lots and homes. Mr. Kehke also represented major equity investors in their sourcing, investing and managing of multiple national and international residential, resort and large scale community development projects. Mr. Kehke holds an undergraduate degree and a Master of Business Administration both from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Kehke serves as a Trustee of the University of California, Irvine Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Gallatin Valley Land Trust in Bozeman, Montana.

Roberta Rand Marshall is responsible for the management and oversight of project entitlement and re-entitlement efforts including land planning, zoning, environmental approvals, and federal and state regulatory permitting, together with the corresponding community outreach. Ms. Marshall has over 30 years of experience in managing the entitlement, permitting and construction of large-scale community development projects. Ms. Marshall joined DMB Associates, Inc. and subsequently DMB Pacific Ventures LLC, in 2006 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Tejon Mountain Village. Ms. Marshall also assisted in the negotiation of the historic Tejon Ranch Conservation and Land Use Agreement with regional and national conservation groups to protect significant portions of the greater Tejon Ranch. Prior to joining DMB Associates, Inc. and subsequently DMB Pacific Ventures LLC, Ms. Marshall served as Vice President of Community Development for Irvine Community Development Company, a subsidiary of The Irvine Company in Newport Beach, California, where she planned, entitled and developed the award winning Newport Coast Planned Community. Ms. Marshall holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

David Smith

Consulting Counsel

In his capacity as outside counsel, David Smith is responsible for the strategic management, oversight, policy planning, advocacy and implementation of legal regulatory entitlement and political strategies at the local, regional, state and federal levels. A licensed attorney, Mr. Smith's legal expertise is in the area of environmental and entitlement matters, including the federal Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act and National Environmental Policy Act, as well as the California Environmental Quality Act and related state laws and regulations. He is also responsible for corporate and project-related media and public relations. Mr. Smith has represented clients on both the development-related and conservation-focused matters at the project, company and industry-wide levels. Mr. Smith has served as national chair of the Climate Change Task Force for the California Building Industry Association. Mr. Smith holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and earned a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mike Roberts

Mike Roberts is responsible for managing and overseeing the feasibility and due diligence review of potential new opportunities, as well as developing project schedules, budgets, pro formas and business plans. He is also responsible for preparing the project engineering technical reports, fiscal impact studies and public financing plans, and designing and engineering the project infrastructure. Mr. Roberts managed the re-planning and re-entitlement of Kukui‘ula which received unanimous approval by County of Kauai officials in 2004. Most recently, he has managed the re-entitlement and engineering for the Marblehead and the Pacifica San Juan projects. Prior to joining DMB Associates, Inc. and subsequently DMB Pacific Ventures LLC, Mr. Roberts worked for a number of construction companies and real estate development firms throughout the Midwestern and Western United States, including Johnson Wax Development Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of S.C. Johnson & Sons. Mr. Roberts holds an Associates degree in Civil Engineering from the Gateway Technical Institute, Racine, Wisconsin.
